WHEN YOU WALK AWAY PT I I wanted to create an absurdist world for FUR that combined an essence of Monty Python, Oasis and the Beatles in one. ‘When You Walk Away’ made me imagine a stampede of feet frantically criss-crossing an inner-city street, so we opted for a low angle approach using a dramatic 8mm fish eye to create iconic distorted full-body visuals. Combining this with a 90s grunge feel via the brutalist Brighton-based locations, and a 60’s acid-house-world with the close-up fisheye shots set against a dramatic rural spot.
